  • Refunds/Exchanges
    DreamXDey does not issue refunds. All sales are final. For sanitary reason, wig units or hair products cannot be exchanged. Apparel can be exchanged if damaged or defected. In this case, you must contact me within 3 business days after your order has been delivered.
  • Shipping Policy
    Due to Covid-19, shipping may be delayed. DreamXDey offers 'Free Shipping' on all wig units and hair products over $250! No code needed. 💜 All wig units and hair products are shipped through FedEx. Tracking numbers will be provided. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. To track your order, click here. Standard Shipping for apparel is approximately 6⁠ to 9 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary. Tracking numbers will be provided. Please note that this does not include fulfillment time. Fulfillment Time is approximately 2-3 business days.
  • Custom Units
    Custom units are made to order. The processing time for custom units is 3-5 business days. This does not include shipping. Please ensure that your specifications are accurate when ordering a custom unit. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed.
  • How much hair do I need?
    DreamXDey Hair Collection provides thick, luxury hair from root to tip. Hair is sold weight. The longer the length, the shorter the wefts. With that in mind, 2 to 3 bundles are suggested for 14" through 20". 3 bundles (or more) are recommended for 22" through 26".
  • Can I color DreamXDey bundles?
    DreamXDey hair is 100% Virgin hair. All hair can be bleached and colored. However, permanent damage can occur if the hair is not bleached correctly. To maintain the best result, regularly deep condition the hair.
  • How long does this hair last?
    With proper care, DreamXDey hair can last 5+ years. Remember to treat these extensions as if it were your own hair. Apply minimal heat and deep condition regularly.
  • How do I maintain the hair?
    With DreamXDey hair, weekly or bi-weekly washes are recommended. Joico Hair Conditioner is extremely loved and highly suggested. It is used by lots of celebrity stylist. When washing the hair, do not massage the product in. Simply finger comb the product through, lather, and rinse with lukewarm water to maintain its texture. Always comb hair from ends to root. Never root to tips. Allow the hair to air dry.
