DreamXDey does not issue refunds. All sales are final.
For sanitary reason, wig units or hair products cannot be exchanged.
Apparel can be exchanged if damaged or defected. In this case, you must contact me within 3 business days after your order has been delivered.

DreamXDey offers 'Free Shipping' on all wig units and hair products over $250! No code needed. 💜
All wig units and hair products are shipped through FedEx. Tracking numbers will be provided. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. To track your order, click here.
Standard Shipping for apparel is approximately 6 to 9 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary. Tracking numbers will be provided. Please note that this does not include fulfillment time. Fulfillment Time is approximately 2-3 business days.
Custom Units
Custom units are made to order. The processing time for custom units is 3-5 business days. This does not include shipping.
Please ensure that your specifications are accurate when ordering a custom unit. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed.
