For sanitary reason, wig units or hair products cannot be exchanged.

Apparel can be exchanged if damaged or defected. In this case, you must contact me within 3 business days after your order has been delivered.

DreamXDey offers 'Free Shipping' on all wig units and hair products over $250! No code needed. 💜

Standard Shipping for apparel is approximately 6⁠ to 9 business days within the U.S.  Delivery times may vary. Tracking numbers will be provided. Please note that this does not include fulfillment time. Fulfillment Time is approximately 2-3 business days.

Custom Units

Custom units are made to order. The processing time for custom units is 3-5 business days. This does not include shipping.

Please ensure that your specifications are accurate when ordering a custom unit. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed.
