

Appointments booked before 9AM and after 5PM are 'AFTER HOURS' appointments and will be an additional fee.

If you want an early, late, and/or same day appointments, you must book with De'y at (901) 443-2367.
Early Morning (Before 9AM) Pricing
5AM - 6AM +$100
6AM - 7AM +$75
7AM - 8AM +60
8AM - 9AM +50
Late Evening (After 5PM) Pricing
6PM - 7PM +$50
7PM - 8PM +$60
8PM - 9PM +75
9PM - 10PM +100
Same day appointments are an additional $75 and must be booked at least 1 hour in advance.

No extra guest or children allowed.
Availability
I am available Monday through Friday: 9AM-6PM, Saturday: 9AM-3PM, and Sunday: 9AM-1:30PM.
DreamXDey is located in Memphis, TN. The address will be provided 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Please come with washed hair free of oils and product. The blow dry doesn't have to be perfect. Plaits are allowed, and I will blow dry. Clients do not have to bring any products (caps, comb, oil, etc.) unless they have a specific preference.
Payment
A $25 nonrefundable deposit + $1 service fee is required to book appointments online. **THE SERVICE FEE DOES NOT GO TOWARDS YOUR REMAINING BALANCE.** The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment and can be paid with:
Cash. Please bring the exact amount.
Cash App ($dreamxdey)
Credit/Debit Card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Mobile Wallets - Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Please note that a service fee will be added to all remaining balances not paid IN CASH.
Late, Cancellations, Reschedules
A 10 minute grace period is allowed, but please notify me if you are running late. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your total. After 15 minutes, no call, no show appointments will be canceled and you must rebook a new appointment.
Clients are allowed to reschedule one (1) time. Anytime after, you must rebook and pay a separate deposit.
If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. To cancel or reschedule, login the 'Client Portal' under the 'My Bookings' tab or return to your original confirmation email.
